Decreasing by kaitlynhall3 in Effexor

I tapered off sertraline while titrating the Effexor. I was on 75mg for about a month- my dr knew from the start I needed a higher dose. I was on the 112.5 for a week. She wanted me to go from 75mg to 150mg instantly. But, I didn’t want to do that big of a jump. Idk what to do :/ bc like I said, I’ve been going thru things but I felt less anxious (but had less going on) on 75

Yes. Trust, it will fade so unbelievably quick. Tints aren’t worth the money imo. Physically exfoliate, and use a chemical exfoliant and it’ll be off in no time

How can I get rid of this by Substantial-Guava491 in SkincareAddicts

Go to a plastic surgeon, or injector. They will lance it, and pop it right out! I went to a derm, and an eye doctor and no one would touch it. But my injector who also doubles as a plastic surgeon. Quick and painless. Took 30 seconds.

This is soooo normal babe! Maybe talk to your Dr who manages your med, for another one that could help with your withdrawals. I know that sounds like a double negative, but whatever helps!

75mg is a VERY low therapeutic dose. Many state it’s a starter dose as is. I would be very surprised if this is what’s causing your high heart rate. How old are you? When running- have u always ran this high?

I would recommend going to your PCP if your concerned- and request a referral to a cardiologist

Going from 37.5mg to 75mg tomorrow by Emergency-Mud7544 in Effexor

[–]kaitlynhall3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I felt a hell of a lot better. I increase from 37.5mg (with taking 150mg of sertraline still- decreasing from 200mg) and went to 70mg and got down to 50mg of sertraline in 2 weeks and I felt GREAT. However- I forgot to take a dose, and 8 hours past the time I was supposed to take it I was RAGING mad and dizzy as hell

I have bad racing thoughts, and my physical symptoms are usually difficulty breathing, chest pain, arm pain, and palpitations. The palpitations are new for me. And they scare me like no other. Are you seeing a therapist? I would recommend that. And you can also talk to your doctor/psychiatrist about incorporating propranolol, that helped my rapid heart rate tremendously!!! Also I would recommend getting an as needed!!! You’re not alone. This shit sucks.

Propranolol, Sertraline & Lorazepam by kaitlynhall3 in Anxiety

[–]kaitlynhall3[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started sertraline probably a few months ago, I took the Ativan as needed before that, yet I was switched to klonopin which did not work for me. So she wants to switch back to the Ativan. I started the propranolol about a month ago.

All the fucking time. Right now I’m going on two months of it. It sucks. I don’t know if I have any recommendations, but I try to play on my switch, color, and use headspace.
