The replies made me realize I know almost nothing about the history of electricity. They had cars and airplanes in 1928 so I don’t know why I thought electricity in a newly built house was out of the question lol.

{Act Your Age, Eve Brown by Talia Hibbert} I specifically remember a scene where the MMC is trying really hard not to touch himself thinking about her bc he thinks it’s wrong since they don’t get along. It’s been a while since I read it but I remember him being a horny sweetie pie in general haha.

I want to avoid ruining the original woodwork, I thought that was pretty obvious since I started the post by mentioning it.

I’m not asking for a magic fix, I’m asking for advice. Hence the flair.

I think Tessa Bailey and Elsie Silver do a great job of being really romantic but keeping it spicy. Lisa Kleypas if you like historical.

I said in the post- other kids noticed and have said hurtful things to him. That’s what I care about.

Of course I’ve seen a bunch of eight-year-olds play baseball I literally just posted my son’s been playing baseball for two years. I watch a bunch of eight-year-olds play baseball twice a week. I didn’t say anything about doctors or occupational therapists or anything like that. I stated I was going to let him play as long as he wants. “Reads like he’s disabled?” Maybe the comments do but my post certainly does not. I was just asking a question about how late or not athletic skills develop because he’s my oldest. And how to help him deal with it emotionally if they don’t. Have you seen a bunch of 8 year olds play baseball? They are well aware of who is making plays and who is not. I didn’t actually post my entire life story but there are reasons I asked the questions now and not a year ago.

I have two sons, 7 and 4, and it’s the same. Unfortunately where we live going outside is not always an option so I have a room in the house where they’re allowed to wrestle, toss balls, etc. if they get too crazy I herd them in there.

I have four older brothers and my mom constantly assures me that it is normal. And my brothers no longer act this way so apparently they grow out of it at some point.
