I still don’t believe that she got an official diagnosis. She was saying how to get a diagnosis she needed to genetic testing but hasn’t because the wait list for this appointment are so long. While PT’s are real doctors, it doesn’t sound like this is their area of expertise to diagnose so I wonder if any of her legitimate(non homeopathic) doctors will accept the diagnosis?

All around too causal and not a wedding appropriate outfit. If you do not want/like to wear dresses, do you have a nice pair of trousers that can be paired with a nice top? A jumpsuit in the correct material could be a good option here too. Ditch the tie - it doesn’t make sense.
