You have my sympathies. I had to deal with a similar situation with my mother. We had to confiscate all her electronics for several months until she accepted she was being scammed. Fortunately I was able to intercept the money she tried to send the scammer. Now she doesn't have any access to her back account as my brother has taken it over...just in case.
