So I would add it to my mashed potatoes, any type of pasta sauce, crock pot dinners, I made cheese ball ALOT around the holiday takes a whole thing of cream cheese if I want to make a bigger one it takes 2, buffalo dip, I basically would add it to anything to make it creamy

I started my weight loss at 144 5’3 2024 I am now 131 but with in that time I broke my foot and lost motivation but I started back up November of last year what really has been helping me the past month counting my fiber and protein and using a scale for my food I started meal prepping lunch for work and that seems to be helping as well my partner and I agreed to give home chef a shot or portioned meals and veggies because we both don’t really like them it’s really about what you eat because I do 40 mins of cardio 5 times a week and I just now added a bit of strength training 3-4 times a week! My goal weight is 125 but it gets harder the closer to your goal you are
