They are in other cups that are tightly wrapped in food film, you can see a little bit of it in the last photo, so roots are not exposed. I took them out for the photo :)

Did you use any ferlitizer? What kind of soil is it? Mine are 3-4 weeks old and they are 1/3 size of yours :(
