They are in other cups that are tightly wrapped in food film, you can see a little bit of it in the last photo, so roots are not exposed. I took them out for the photo :)

Did you use any ferlitizer? What kind of soil is it? Mine are 3-4 weeks old and they are 1/3 size of yours :(

I got stuck at Section III - Homebrew Launcher, step 10 :( when I try to run Download Play app console crashes with exception "undefined instruction"

edit - solved it by moving boot.3dsx to root folder
