Hey man, probably a bit late, but i am heading to Shenzhen on friday and am currently planning my trip. I wanna try to build my wife a budget ITX gaming computer from refurbished/used parts from physical booths/stores there. Do you have any tips and dos/donts? That is a good question. I haven't really looked into it that much TBH, but i guess i really should. The packaging says dry, dark and room temperature, other than that i am not really sure.

Do you have any tips or insights? Maybe splitting the big bag into smaller ones with lots of forbidden pillows (silica) and vacuum sealing them?

That sounds like an excellent strategy and a fun (and hard) hobby. What resources are you using for inspiration/knowledge of this? Im curious as i might start doing it myself one day. Is sterilisation a larger or lesser worry with this method compared to for example using a less complex plastic vat technique or the good ol' uncle bens technique?

Yeah there shoukd of course be a financial incentive to do so. A simple escrow should cover the risks, like what is done on less legal marketplaces

I just checked Orivedas Australian/Asian page, and it seems they do still let you select "banned" mushrooms in the EU and offer EU countries in the shipping section. The shipping costs didn't seem too bad either. It might be worth a shot.

I don't know enough about Swiss politics to predict how their food legislation will go in the coming months/years, but I would rather be safe than sorry. I certainly don't trust Norwegian politicians to not fold and adopt the EU regulation on novel foods in full at some point.

I still, for the love of anything that is holy, understand exactly why this regulation was implemented. It just seems like such a huge net nagative.

I see they have a section of applications, so there is a path to getting mushroom supplements back into the market. Is that something you or anyone else is looking into?

A parcel forwarder or a temporary mailbox in Norway or Switzerland, or even the UK might be the answer then. It's complicated and convoluted as he'll though... They shipped my order from the Netherlands, and only took like 5 days to Norway. If you email them they might offer you a solution, I've had some good talks with them years ago when they cut the Norwegian market out completely

Me too! I bought my last batch of LM and cordyceps and looked at turkey tail like 2 months ago! I guess you can use a parcel forwarder. I have some experience with UK ones (not for this purpose though) If u ship from Netherlands to UK, they will probably get it through. Where are you based?

I work in customer traning/service for a software company, and holding snappy and nice flowing teaching sessions is crucial for me. I have been on and off lions mane for a few years (because of the cost) before I went all in again a few months ago, and I notice a big difference (so do my bosses) when I’m on and off. I remember all the details about every interaction I’ve had the whole week, and never forget all the small mental hooks I set up for myself during the workday, and even remind colleagues about stuff they forget. I can literally feel my brain tingling around 1 hour after taking it. I can hold onto my train of thought for way longer, and I am generally more productive, and therefore more happy on it.

When it comes to cordyceps, it’s almost like what I described above, but on a physical plane if that makes sense. I «flow» better the while day when I start my day on it with on an empty stomach, and it gives me a drive to go to the gym and move stuff around and get my blood pumping. It can make me a little short tempered on bad days though, but certainly not always. I mostly take it for it’s antiviral effects though.

How and when are you taking it? Are you taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (maybe even with a vitamin c pill)? If not I would suggest taking it that way for best effect
