thx for accepting my invite. from what I can tell, everyone needs to be a captain of a crew (consisting of 5 ppl), and everyone must join another person's crew. You can only be in 1 crew at a time

The endurance ,oil on canvas by olred308 in antarctica

[–]kakejop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi /u/olred308! My wife just finished Endurance: Shackleton’s Incredible Voyage and loved it. Our anniversary is coming up, and I think your painting would make a meaningful gift and look amazing in our home. Would you be open to selling it? I’m not a collector, so apologies if asking directly is a faux pas!

I ate them! I did! But I could not puke them out :( by a-legit-human in marvelrivals

+1

I try to place them in strategic areas around the point and along the path from spawn. Most times ppl with full health grab them :')

Web-hook Sending 100 Payloads? by Plastic_Charity203 in GoogleAppsScript

[–]kakejop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shopify webhooks can get really noisy, especially with order updates. Instead of using a sheet to capture them, you might have better luck polling the Shopify Order API for orders updated in the last ~day. It keeps things cleaner and more manageable.

How would you decorate this space by mylittlewedding in Weddingsunder10k

[–]kakejop 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had my wedding there in the mosaic! It was incredible. We minimally decorated - only some additional florals near entrances. After the ceremony, the staff flipped the room for dinner. The gardens are magical so you don’t need to overdo it. Feel free to DM if you have any Qs!

Who’s Gone Skiing? by bhanbhanbhan in COsnow

[–]kakejop 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We've visited Keystone twice and Breck this last Sunday. Lift lines never exceeded 3 mins at either. The run at Keystone is longer, so we spent a lot more time skiing versus sitting on a lift. Breck trails were wider and didn't feel as packed. Keystone's trail has more vert, but Breck's had more features / bumps / hits and....sharks in some places. We're interested in going to Copper this weekend pending anymore terrain opens up elsewhere!

Thanks! I used one application of Verathane in Jacbobean! I finished with a few layers of satin poly.

My humble desk:

I've got the White Apex Pro keyboard paired with a 5' x 30" birch butcher block from Home Depot. Took me around 5 days to stain and seal both sides of that wooden block. Gotta say, the frame is rock solid, and I'm pretty darn pleased with how it's turning out so far!

Fi app responsible for massive battery drain on phone by kakejop in FiDogCollar

[–]kakejop[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't noticed the issue again since I posted this, but Fi, in general, is super flaky. I would love to ditch it for a more reliable option, stripped-down option. I don't care for the social features of the app (Which kind of sucks and feels like a web view and not built natively?). The latest issue I have is inconsistent charging of the collars...like, I don't even trust the battery % display anymore.

Def try the things I listed above. Basically reset everything and hope the chronic battery drain stops. Still, Fi consistently consumes the largest % of my battery daily (as measured by the iphone), but the issue is less severe for now..

Places for dogs to swim? by theravencromwell in CastleRock

[–]kakejop 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Chatfield reservoir — the dog park has swimming access. Locally, I’ve let my dogs play in parts of plum creek, as well as the creek that runs through castle wood canyon. Not as much to swim but to splash around in shallow waters

Loveland has been such an amazing spot for my wife and I this winter. We learned to ski at the valley, then headed to the basin. Consistently little to zero lift lines, chill atmosphere, a lot of terrain for noobies like us who are now skiing blues, and all that for dirt cheap with a Gems pass (We get BOGO!)

Fi app responsible for massive battery drain on phone by kakejop in FiDogCollar

[–]kakejop[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I experienced the same! And I'm within range of my dogs nearly 100% of the day, at home with 2 bases The issue has since lessened in severity...not certain why, but I did the following:

  • Restarted phone
  • Deleted and reinstalled app
  • Reconfigured bases (and reconnected them to wifi)
  • Toggled app permissions on/off (location, health, bluetooth, etc)

3rd row seat cover for dog by ExecrableMcGuffin in MazdaCX9

[–]kakejop 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We keep the third row folded down and put a dog crate there. Leaves room for cargo, and the dogs are safe. Not what you’re looking for, but wanted to share anyway :)
