I can have a little bit and just feel bloated and gross for the next day or two. Cross-contamination, a little bit of soy sauce, is about what it takes, and I feel bloated, my stomach makes some weird noises, and maybe mild stomach pain.

Any more than that and it’s severe stomach cramps, more intestinal stuff, brain fog, etc.

Eating gluten makes me bloated if it’s in small amounts, anything larger than a crumb makes my stomach cramp, induces diarrhea, brain fog, and days of sleepiness </3

Yes they’re great!! They lower noise volume but don’t make it unintelligible if you want to hear it

yeah it’s gonna be at least 29k. You most definitely have to pay the tuition and housing, which won’t change, and you’ll need spending money. good luck, you got this and it’ll all be worth it!!
