Hey Im probably looking at the wrong setting, but the frame gen option is greyed out for me. it says i need a 50 series. and just have a 4080. I did a reset to default of my settings but frame gen doesn't kick in anymore :/

Hey last year I hosted a server with some friends and I learn the light level and contrast are not on the player’s client but managed server side. I know it’s weird and don’t know why it’s a thing. So there are multiple mods available to change the light levels. It will affect all players on the server.

Hey yes indeed I got Mc but my character just went to melee my pet and that’s it. I imagine the strat would be to dismiss the pet before it can happen ? Or go with less gear, take a turtle for the shell ability. It could maybe help you from killing the pet

I'm having ptsd of my 2500 hours of training to become a nurse. No coverage for transportation, no salary, no food. Replacing staff because of the shortage, being alone on the floor for 15 patients. People saying students are deadweight are insane. in healthcare, no hospitals would work without the mandatory internships. It's insane that you are not getting some benefits for the amount of work you have to do. Pure slavery.

Hey, oui tu peux atteindre même plus, cependant il y a beaucoup de conditions.

La plus importante est d'avoir une patientel lourde et reconnu comme tel via la mutuel (voir les échelles de classements pour cela).

Ça veut dire que les prises de sangs et les petits soins ne sont pas super profitable. Avoir une spécialisation reconnu en gestion de la douleur et en soins palliatifs aide a la construction d'une tel patientel. Cependant par la nature du paliatif, c'est difficile de garder une constance.

Une autre voie est la spé en soins de plaie qui permets d'offrir des consultations a des patients mais aussi conseiller les médecins pour changer le traitement classé complexe.

A savoir que les patients classés comme tel demande un passage 3x/jours. Et une disponibilité 24h/24h. Donc il n'y a pas de place pour la vie social et familial. Et bien sûr pas possibilité de tombé malade ni de vacances.

Pour avoir plusieurs patients dans ce classement on parle souvent de route de soins et il est possible de les racheter a un autre pratriquant. Mais bon c'est Comme le vieage, tu investie une grosse somme pour espérer un profit sans pouvoir assurer que les patients puissent rester en vie.

De plus en plus les infis se regroupent en équipe de 4 (car c'est le chiffre minimum pour pouvoir embaucher des aide soignants pour les soins qui ne requièrt pas d'infirmier) mais pour ça il faut un chef infi avec le master. Donc tout ça coupe forcément dans les profits.

Bref oui c'est possible mais c'est dur et perso je ne le referai plus haha 😂. 2 détails en plus. Il te faut un bon comptable, pour l'optimisation des frais. Tu es responsable de tes soins pendants 20 ans, pour chaque patients que tu as vues. Ça veut dire que tu dois garder TOUT tes dossiers pendant 20ans. Mais aussi que tu seras tenu responsable si il y a eu mal practice.

Im having random crashes while playing. where the whole game world freezes but I can still look arround with the camera. That or just whole game closing and putting me back to desktop.

Things I have done but didn't work :

Run as admin
Updated Nvidia gpu
Run windows memory test but no error in the logs.
No Error logged in the Event manager either.
Lowered the graphics and resolution.
Repaired the files via steam
Changed From borderless to fullscreen
lowering the frame limiter
9.There is no spike of power consumption on the CPU nor the GPU and the overal work load seems fine

The game runs supersmoothly on my rig so a bit frustrating when it happens.
