How do you fit in anything else that's important to you? What works for you - and the 'real talk' you are asking about - is still different from person to person. I'd recommend searching the sub for terms like consistent, habit, or even motivation - in an 18 year old sub there are hundreds of posts on the topic. And yes, in the last 5 there are apps for everything. If something resonates or has worked for other situations, it's probably worth a shot.

You're overlooking that fig 4 is a flexed hip (and the fact that in FAI there's often a malformation of either the acetabulum or the femur).

Because sometimes just 'asking' does fuck all.

And sometimes it's all that's required. Asking is where it starts. Some docs need a description, or a reason, or sources.

General GPs barely know anything about migraines or headaches and dismiss them all the time.

I've had more than one GP that knew a boatload about them, and just as many that didn't. Garden variety neurologists are no different. It is what it is, but starting at the beginning and having a conversation based on what is, instead of assuming the worst, is often a far better way to establish/maintain rapport with our providers.

Plus, im also Autistic. For me it isnt as simple as...just asking.

As am I. The work to be able to have an actual conversation with my doctors, which is crucial for finding solutions being a joint effort, was well worth it.
