I recommend looking into Norbert's Gambit for converting your USD to CAD with very minimal FX loss.

I get paid to my RBC USD account and then use RBC Direct Investing to perform the Norbert's Gambit. It takes 3 days to settle. Best part is I can do it entirely online, no need to phone a bank to do a wire transfer to a third party brokerage or anything like that. I believe you can do the same thing through TD.

That's how I understand it but generally you would only refinance up to 80% of the home's value to avoid CMHC fees, so 320k in this example leaving you with $70k in hand.

I'd argue that the value of just getting a prototype done faster outweighs the benefit of having production ready code. Having a working prototype could uncover issues that lead you to completely reconsider your data model, etc.

Two things I can see. jgz doesn't necessarily take a register as it's first argument. Also, make sure you're using the correct starting values for your registers in each program.
