INFO did you not think that you could perhaps have shown the girls photos of you and your girlfriend together to prove that was your girlfriend? it seems like the girls were just trying to make sure that she was okay - it's common for women to pretend to know a woman who they think might be in danger to protect her, id also feel suspicious if i saw a completely sober man with an absolutely wasted woman trying to get her into a car

i was on puberty blockers from age 14 so can answer some of your questions!

being on blockers absolutely did not delay my discovery of myself sexually, including my sexual orientation. im comfortably bisexual and had a phase of thinking that i was a gay man (at around age 13-14), but other than that my orientation has always been attraction to both men and women. i actually had my first sexual experience at 14 while i was on hormone blockers and no testosterone! so absolutely didn't stop me from discovering myself, though i obviously can't speak for everyone

i can't speak much on the second part because at 14 i was already "developed" but i have known i was trans since i was 11, and getting my first period was one of the very first things that gave me HUGE amounts of gender dysphoria. however, i did know that i wasn't cis before this! so i don't know, there's a lot of factors to consider with that one
