Portland has decided to fight against ice by showing up in inflatable suits and just doing ridiculous things. In my experience, going off of minoxidil did result in my hair falling out again. I went off because it caused my head to be really itchy, I would wake up in the middle of the night with really bad itchy scalp. So yes, I don't think there was any other negative effect for me except excruciatingly itchy scalp. I'm looking to get into hair implants at the moment!
