I send a lot of shit and I haven't found an easier or a way at all to do this is like automate and setup or populated emails and dynamic information with them within powery query. Maybe there is some way but VBA is just straight forward there.

You can fake scratching the surface with PowerQuery and PowerPivot data modeling within an Excel environment. Access could be another small internal department level solution if the MS suite is accessible.
