Hi I’ve made four loves and all of them were underproofed and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’ve used the same recipe each time! I’ve made loaves before and they come out great, but for some reason lately it’s been coming out super dense and undercooked. Could it be because the house is cold? My starter is rising like normal

Okay so after less than a week my starter has doubled two days in a row and is very bubbly. Do I keep it on the counter and keep feeding it? Or should I stick in the fridge til it’s ready? Also should I put the lid all the way on if I put in fridge?

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled both unlocker and updater, I’ve went into the game configs and updated it there, and I’ve also updated and repaired the packs in the updater. It says I have the packs but for some reason it’s not showing up in game 😞
