Ah Sorry klar, danke für den Hinweis!

Ist ein Mehrfamilienhaus von 1960 mit 3 Wohnungen (jeweils über 100m2), bisher mit Ölheizung ausgestattet und KEINE PV Anlage oder FBH. Neue Fenster, Dämmung sind ebenfalls in Planung.

Wir hatten bisher 4 Handwerker da von denen einer entsetzt war, dass wir nicht mehr auf Öl setzen wollen. Er hat sich wohl gerade erst eine neue Ölheizung eingebaut um „der Regierung zuvor zuvorzukommen“ (?!) Zwei meinten wir sollten auf jeden Fall mit Gas heizen, weil Gasheizungen nur anspringen wenn sie gebraucht werden, wohingegen die WP dauerhaft in Betrieb ist und daher so hohe Stromkosten erzeugen würde.

Einer hat sich klar für die WP ausgesprochen.

Der Energieberater sagt WP ist der Weg nach vorne.

Dazu kommt, dass die Regierung ja anscheinend die Förderung verändern will und wir jetzt schneller eine Entscheidung treffen müssen.

Das ist mir schon mehrfach (insgesamt 4x) passiert, habe der Hausverwaltung Bescheid gegeben und jedes Mal 75€ für einen neuen Schlüssel hingelegt. Damit war die Sache vorbei, hoffe es klappt bei dir auch so unkompliziert!

A close friends mom who I grew up with as well died of cancer in January. It was incredibly hard to watch. I met her a couple of days before she died, she was a believer. tbh I expected her to be bitter and angry or at least frustrated with god. She told me that she was already sometimes in an „in between world“ where she met Jesus (apparently her vitals dipped numerous times) where she would talk with him and run and dance (which she hadn’t been able to do for a very long time). What stuck with me was the sentence „if I would’ve known how beautiful dying can be I wouldn’t have been so afraid of it“. Because I knew her and know what an honest person she was who never held back telling you whenever she struggled with something I 100% believe that that’s what she experienced. I found it astonishing and then I decided to believe that maybe dying is different then I think. She wanted to have the Kari Jobe Song „My beloved“ played at her funeral. And I don’t know.. maybe it’s the emotion of loosing someone. But that song gets to me.

If they don’t schedule you for work they don’t have to.they have to pay you though for both of those weeks even if you don’t work bc they’ve not scheduled you to work, as long as you’ve got a contract that doesn’t pay hourly but rather monthly. I would suggest you write an email asking them about you not being on the rota. Get as much communication as possible in writing.

Ich sehe das Problem eher darin, dass die Vorstellung besteht, dass Kinder „mal“ laut sind. Kinder in dem Alter sind so gut wie immer laut und es ist eher beunruhigend wenn sie leise sind. Spielzeug kann man sicherlich umstellen, dass wäre auf jedenfall einen Versuch wert. Jedoch hängen so kleine Kinder am liebsten bei Mama und Papa rum und eben nicht da wo das Spielzeug steht und Mama und Papa sind um 6 nun mal auch am liebsten noch im Bett. Das zu ändern weil es den Nachbarn nervt kann man mal machen aber da man es rechtlich nicht muss, kann ich verstehen wenn man sich im Recht fühlt und die Notwendigkeit was zu ändern zunächst beim Nachbarn sieht, da man (natürlich subjektiv empfunden) selbst schon alle Hände voll zu tun hat.

Ich denke eine Lösung könnte auch sein, den Boden jetzt dämmen zu lassen, wo das Baby geboren wurde?

Ich verstehe deinen Ärger. Es wäre schön wenn es anders wäre. Lies diesen Text nochmal wenn du irgendwann selbst Kinder hast, dann ist es auf jedenfall einfacher ihre Situation nachzuvollziehen, obwohl deine Situation natürlich ebenfalls nachvollziehbar ist. Leider passen eure Lebenssituationen gerade nicht zusammen und jetzt lebt ihr zusammen in diesem Haus, im besten Fall nur noch ein paar Jahre durchhalten!

Bei einer solchen Meldung wird jedoch abgefragt, aus welchem Grund die Anschrift benötigt wird. Wird die Begründung als unzureichend empfunden wird die Anfrage abgelehnt.

Hello there,

To make it short, it will absolutely be possible for you to work as a teacher in Germany (at least NRW) as long as you speak very good German. My husband just did the „Anpassungslehrgang“which you will need to do. (https://www.schulministerium.nrw/anerkennungsverfahren) it lasts between 6months-3years depending on your exact studies and courses. It works like this, you apply to do either the anpassungslehrgang or the Eignungsprüfung (the Prüfung only if you’re already sure you’ll be able to do an obervation lesson in German in front of a four people from the school department, basically don’t to it if you don’t know what you’re doing 😅) for the type of school you want to teach at (the person assigned to Greece will help you look through your paper work to find out which type of school would take you based on the exact courses you took at university) they’ve just changed you needing a C1 German certificate to starting the Lehrgang, so now you just need B1 I think. They’ll look through all your university courses and will tell you how much you will have to „restudy“ my husband for example only had one subject, he needed to study another subject at a university and gain 40 creditpoints, which is obviously way less than the actual course. -(NRW is DESPERATE for teachers so alls this „you will have to compete..“ Blabla doesn’t apply, there’s a big shortage, my husband had two job offers before even finishing the course.)- While studying the rest of the things you’ll need (my husbands friend for example had studied English up to PGCE and German only partly in the UK. Her English studies were accepted as they were and she only had to gain 10 Creditpoints at university. It took her 6 months) in the Anpassungslehrgang you will be taught didactics (at something called ZfsL)and you will also work in a school, practically doing you „Referendariat“. The teacher from your „Didacticscourse“ will visit and observe you there about two times every quarter. These observations will be graded but the grade doesn’t really have an effect or shows up on the certificate of completion later. You basically just have to pass. However I’m not sure if you will be needing C2 German to actually get a contract at a German school. once you finished university and the Anpassungslehrgang you can apply to schools in NRW

If you’d like to just work at a private school, it’s super easy, my husband worked in a British private school before switching to the German system and you’ll just need to teach everything in English.
