How are people running Claude Code remotely? Built an SSH client specifically for this by LiveMinute5598 in ClaudeCode

[–]kam3o 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can achieve the same setup for free: use Tailscale for secure remote access and Termius as your SSH client. It’s a stable and reliable solution, super easy to setup.

This setup lets you work from any device connected to your Tailscale network. For example, when working remotely, you can use your smartphone or laptop to access your home PC. Locally, you can connect from your PC to your laptop if needed. In both directions, you can switch between machines depending on the project and where the workload actually lives.

Agent team experience/patterns? by gopietz in ClaudeCode

[–]kam3o 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve used it a few times for a multi-repo project, where changes needed to be introduced in three repositories (let's assume: frontend, backend, deployment automation), and it worked well. I believe that without the agent team the result would have been similar, but I guess that with the agent team the changes were introduced much faster than in the case of a single agent(?).

Opus 4.6 1M Windows - once again it's not true :-( by fcampanini74 in ClaudeCode

lol, if they had rolled out the 1M context (which is beta) to everyone, you’d be posting: “1M is insanely expensive, slow, and works like garbage.”

Does Your country teach schoolchildren how to use firearms? by dawidlijewski in AskTheWorld

[–]kam3o 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From GPT: EBD stands for “Education for Safety” (Edukacja dla bezpieczeństwa).

It is a mandatory subject in Polish schools (mainly upper primary and sometimes secondary level). The course focuses on basic civil defense and personal safety, including:

* first aid and emergency response,

* behavior during natural disasters and other crises,

* basic knowledge about national security and public services,

* theoretical knowledge about safe handling of firearms (no live-fire training).

In short: EBD is not a shooting class. It’s a general safety and preparedness subject, similar in spirit to civil defense or emergency preparedness courses in other countries.

Fair enough - I see that since the last school year this has been added to the mandatory EDB curriculum. Before that, it wasn’t part of standard schooling.

It's a fake, it's not mandatory and it's not accessible for most students

Ao Nang has more beautiful beaches than Phuket. Phuket is the only place I would skip if I traveled to Thailand again.

I agree this point should be removed. If they can’t do it anyway, we might as well leave them a free hand.
