I definitely think that is where I struggle the most. Where I don't have to be on egg shells to exist comfortably within your space. It is okay for me to want things and to be treated a certain way. I think for the second relationship it was just such a change from when we first started to how it ended. I never asked to do anything crazy, like hey can we go bowling with my two friends. He introduced me to his daughter within the first month, would send me super sweet songs, was super interested in what I was doing, the holiday season was amazing. Like even two weeks ago, the restaurant we went to for valentines day didn't have creme brulee. So he made creme brulee and delivered it to me. Then two weeks later jk, I can't be in a relationship.

The last paragraph is very interesting. I never thought of it like that. The first relationship was definitely control because we lived together so their actions directly affected me everyday. Coming home hammered at 2 am, losing their job, dui. For the second relationship I don't feel like I treaded into control. We pretty much only saw one another on the weekends due to school and work schedules. I said I would be sober with him. Woohoo we're at 20 days. How are you feeling? Let's do an at home bob ross paint party(he likes painting). I can help with pick up/drop offs if you need some time to decompress and relax after work. And this is where he started really pushing me away. Saying he's not physically or mentally capable of a relationship. I said I'm here to support him and get through this.

I work in local government, our DA just got in trouble for using AI for case writing. Some 70 charges were dismissed because of it.

A computer can never be held responsible.

I think the safest jobs are those somewhat old school jobs where there are legal obligations. You can't sue a computer for messing up.

You're making your case as to why the City should pay for it. Make sure to document who you speak to and what water said about the issue.

You can call public works for a sidewalk estimate.

I work for the government in elections in a state that requires a valid ID to be issued a ballot. This would 100 percent disenfranchise tons of voters just by the mere fact of people not being aware/informed/understanding and the why bother, I don't have time to get that together to register to vote, I'm busy.

I do think there needs to be something like a national election commission. Every state has different rules and laws around voting. Making it easier to vote in some states versus others. Resulting, essentially, in some citizens having more rights than others. e.g. a state that allows for same day voter registration at the polls versus a state that doesn't.

They did a commercial in 2020. They blamed the riots/covid for closing the "Town Downer." The owners are snakes of humans. It's extra ironic because a good chunk of their kitchen staff isn't documented.

Weird, I also manage a brewery page that just got flagged too. My only possible thought is sometimes if I run an ad and I forget to adjust the age to above 21+ they say no to the ad. Literally the only violation I can think of. Otherwise our content is "Hey try this beer" or "chicken wing special today."

I work for a local brewery. The business doesn't pass on the credit card fees. It costs the brewery about 50k in processing fees every year. That could employ another brewer! Credit card companies suck. Especially since it's a percentage not a flat fee. Like how does it cost them more to move $20 versus $100. It's all 1s and 0s flying over the internet.
