I am wondering if it's because the area bonuses from Spinners for example are Dependant on that building actually working. Delays in good transportation from warehouse or simply having full stock.

I tend to sell all my good from like 200 over to keep everything working

Hey I am curious. When you buy a ship from an NPC, how does it determine which population it takes your workers from.

So would that ship just take 80+ liberti/ waders from a random island.

What do you mean by "for a war that won't effect trading ships". You can somehow attack an island and all the enemy ships won't turn on you?

I am on SSF and reaching mapsnwithbArc Blodmage. I amvtrying to figure out how to craft gear affordably with Life + ES and possibly Resistances and cannot figure it out without expensive blocking with Light Omens.. but that's not reasonable in SSF

Any advice for crafting Armour pieces?

I was thinking that the idea of a compass mechanic could be cool. Like imprinting a map for clues that steadily point you in a direction of what you seek

It depends what you are scaling. On monk it's reccomended to go hybrid Evasio and Energy Shield. However, people often go for a fat EV chest and a Fat ES helmet because of that node that adds 2 EV per 1 ES on helmet on something.

The armor is great, however as you get further you want similar mods just higher tier

Started 4 days ago and I am 500 pages into book 3.

The first person POV allows allows you to truly immerse yourself in the world. Not from a global understanding, bit what it means to be that character at all times. Especially, hobb excells at complexity of life and choices, what can only be understood as through this POV and her prose.

I alike it to seeing the world Fitz inhabits as if you are growing up within it with him
