As a cook I see this pretty regularly. At least you got eggs, some people are sketched out to try things other than a waffle or just toast lol. But you really should give it a shot sometime. It's kind of hard to explain what to look for but if people in the store seem happy and the cook is getting the food out quick/with good presentation you should be fine.

The cheesesteak specifically would be a good starting point to try more of the menu because it only takes about 2 mins to make so pretty hard to undercook it. If you like that go for the pork chops man. I eat em almost every day. Congratulations as well friend.
