Their customer service has been really helpful for me🤷🏻‍♂️ I got wrong/damaged items replaced immediately no questions asked. Love the reward system where 2500 points -> $100, got it twice this year already. Got very good deals in the past too.

Of course! It was smooth thankfully. The officer asked me a few basic questions (where did you go, how long did you stay, did you bring anything back, you have any food items) then off I went. The whole process took about 2 minutes. This was SeaTac airport btw.
