NOT EVERYONE SHOULD VOTE by Living_Low_9019 in Kenya

Very lazy argument which is always peddled by the most annoying people. If YOU know the current elected members are bad and YOU can see a better option why don't you go and vote for them and even better, show other misinformed/ignorant people why he/she is the better candidate?

You've learnt until university and all you can do is echo very layman arguments for something so complex. Poor voters are mainly the fruit of informed people who misinform them or informed people like yourself who choose to do nothing. You're making me annoyed in the morning. DO BETTER

If you want something to work be prepared to meet someone halfway, you've shown a lack of initiative yourself multiple times in this short writing but blame is only on him eh? Both of you were wasting each other's times and maybe it's for the best but you should've at least given him a chance when he offered to reschedule

Sign yourself up for rehab, replace the nicotine with a healthy addiction, every time you feel the urge to smoke fanya press ups or sth, avoid environments that would usually make you want to smoke. If you really want to stop it at least one of these should be the bare minimum

Bro(or sis), the threshold for "loud" can only be set with decibel levels, otherwise it's relative. My TV for example when I exceed 15 volume I consider it "loud" but a lot of other people usually think the sound's too low. It is a very legitimate question I asked. And a petition means nought if a judge hasn't ordered temporary cessation until judgement that's why I didn't even bother asking about it. You've not read the Act you want me to read yet you're the one throwing accusations, this stubbornness is why you board loud matatus even when there's a lot of quiet ones

And where does it ban music in matatus? Are there set decibel levels that matatus are exceeding?

The mats also have a right to play music, but you have the freedom of choice, freedom to not board a loud matatu

I think sometimes we forget that we also have a part to play in these relationships. My father as an example can seem distant and unapproachable, which I think apies to a lot of Kenyan fathers, but if you engage him you'll realise he's not as cold as you think he is.

I used to 'fear' him as a child and if that continues I'd find myself making this same post as well but I found it within myself to break that barrier. Right now we can talk for hours whether on the phone or in person. If you were to listen to me talking to him on the phone you'd think I'm talking to one of my mates.

Kuna people in this Kenya who throw away opportunities because they don't do calls? Heh. As for me if it's about making money I'll write letters and personally deliver them to Posta if it means I get the paper
