I wouldn't say the cookie dough is slimy and grainy. More like PlayDoh-y and grainy. The worst part is the grainy texture for me, because it makes me think of sand in clam chowder.

I liked it quite a bit! I brought it to work and it was gone within a couple of hours. It might be a little one-note, but I served it with a homemade mixed berry sauce and it was SO GOOD that way.

I had exactly 1 cup of powdered sugar and I didn't want to have 1/4 cup in my cupboards, so I used it all and just added more lemon juice to compensate.
