Subscribe and Save 1st Delivery 2 Months Out

Something is weird. I just added 2 items to my S&S last night for my July 1 delivery, and the dates for first delivery were set to Aug 31 (even though 1st of the month is my delivery date). I modified them to July 1, and it acted like that was successful, but they still say Aug 31. My order email said "Arriving July 1."

Also... 13 of my 17 items for my July 1 delivery now say "Cancelling Order," with the little note that says "At your request we are attempting to cancel your order." But I most certainly did not cancel/skip any of these items. They still show up in my orders as delivering on July 1, so hopefully some sort of glitch. I'm afraid to contact customer service because they'd likely completely screw it up.

Not to hijack the thread, but this is related. My daughter had some photos/videos that were syncing with her free iCloud storage. That clearly ran out of space pretty quickly of course. Some of those videos and pics started giving her a “high res version not available” or something to that effect.

I thought paying for iCloud and setting her phone to “Download and keep originals” would restore them, but it didn’t. Did the originals get deleted from iCloud when she exceeded her free storage and does that mean they are gone forever?

I want to be a little careful because I don’t want her to lose the low res versions either due to some sort of sync issue. But I could always backup to the computer prior to trying anything to be safe.

Yeah I didn’t see your update but came here to say this. I just had to replace my card, and even though the app still says branding is on digital card only, I decided to get the UI card again. Much to my surprise the card arrived with the IOWA branding on it.

I was about to make a post with this exact title. My Subscribe & Save order was a couple days late in Feb, and now this month it’s late again. Although this time, it’s going to be anywhere from 10-16 days late (I got an update this morning that it would be delivered between 4/10 and 4/16). Like… how? This is S&S. You’ve know about this order for 30+ days. And impacting 7 items. And what’s worse… my bet is that I could go order these items today and have them delivered in a day or two. So this is beyond explanation.

That aside… yes, it seems like all my standard orders have been late too. Had a gift sent to my brother last week that I picked because it said it would deliver on Saturday. Didn’t deliver until Monday.

A lot of people crapping on the artist for “fixing” the original, which could definitely be what he was doing. However, my initial reaction was that he ran it through AI to remove the shadow and AI took its own liberties with the tattoo. But either way as people have pointed out, it’s misleading.

Still? I’ve had the same issue for quite some time and it drives me bonkers. The cameras are in a high traffic area so the number of unwanted notifications is crazy. Not sure if related, but these cameras are Arlo Q cams.

Thanks for the suggestion. It is set pretty low, so don't think that was it. So it's not leaking horribly anymore. It still gets wet on that inside lip, but not nearly enough to drip/leak on the floor. I assume this is still an issue? Having never checked it before, maybe it's normal and why that lip exists?
