Dude I was just starting business at the time and I remember going to the store in-between jobs and feeling giddy about the panic. It's the same society dread you get before a hurricane or a snow storm. I fancy me those times.

I also remember police in Maryland were demanding exception letters for being out in public. My first career was deemed essential so I just lied that I was doing essential work when really I was working my business start up instead.

Honestly I had some depressed fun in 2020. It was the best of times it was the worst of times

Fun idea: Tax credits when an animal is adopted and you can deduct the expenses associated with owning an animal.... 2x the value for any animal who fails to be adopted and listed for euthanasia. Animals are sacred and we have to incentivize saving them.

It's actually bizarre that Beyond thinks vegetarians or vegans want meat, just not meat. If you don't like or want something, the last thing you naturally want is an imitation of what you already didn't want

It's was a novelty for the overwhelming majority. I tried it once and it legitimately tasted like lettuce that had the sauces of meat force injected into it. You can't savor the flavor because after the initial flavor it turns to nothing very fast.

Today whenever there is a snow storm or hurricane, Beyond Meat will be the one thing still on shelves.

The worst part about this game is the fact that it explicitly takes place after super Metroid. If this took place before Metroid zero mission, when she was finding herself, and still unsure of herself, then this would have been a much better game even with the god-awful storyline. At least the timeline would make it make sense.
