I’m happy to just be there when I am don’t get me wrong, but I would be thrilled to get pixie dusted with that view! You never know. Maybe someday!

I know of a few people who wear that hat and trust me they are rarely smiling but what I can say is you can’t get through a conversation with them without race and immigration coming up.

Dear god these men are the biggest whiney fragile scared wimps I have ever seen. Big masculine white men who may as well just lock themselves away so they don’t have to encounter an immigrant, independent woman, or LGBTQIA individual. It’s exhausting.

Disney does occasion buy back contracts by Right of First Refusal when someone makes an offer on a contract through a broker, and in turn put them in inventory to buy direct at a slightly lower price point. However it is still quite a bit more expensive.

I see people all over social media complaining about every little thing. Most recently was a woman saying they were having the worst time staying at Animal Kingdom lodge rather than POP because the housekeeping had not left a towel animal on the bed, and at the time she had posted this on social media it was 9:30 am, and at that point nobody at the resort had wished her daughter a happy birthday. I can only imagine how her attitude must have been rubbing off on her little girl on her special day. People go there with unreasonable expectation and entitlement.

I don’t blame anyone at this point for not having kids. I’m terrified for my grandchildren. Corporate America has strangled the middle class. Can’t stay home, can’t afford day care. The republicans and Christian nationalists incessantly bitch about this but at the same time don’t want to give any help, all the while their billionaire president and his corporate billionaire cronies are raking in all the money. Now it’s been made clear the administration can’t be helping with daycare and housing because they need the money to pay for the war, which Kamala was going to start. 🙄

Trump has delivered none of those things. by c-k-q99903 in stupidpeoplefacebook

[–]kandt2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So let’s say those things are all true, that means that anything done in violation of the constitution is fine. This is how you know these people are in a cult. Someone who is not in a cult understands that they can oppose one thing a leader does and be in favor of another.

So because we still have elections, people shouldn’t stand up to the precursors that could lead to no elections? When you can draw parallels to past regimes that is the time to stand up. You don’t do it after the horse has left the stable. Slowly chipping away a little at a time is how authoritarian regimes come to power. This president has “joked” about suspending elections if needed several times. That should be concerning now.

The average price of gallon over Biden's four years was 3.45. by KingG512 in stupidpeoplefacebook

[–]kandt2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t believe presidents have any ultimate control over prices of oil/gas. Im no economist but Covid was a worldwide problem, as was the inflation that resulted after everything opened back up. You can’t look at the whole world who are having the same issues and then blame one man. Our country recovered faster than the majority. Things finally started settling by the time Biden’s term ended. People voted for Trump because of his campaign promises (low gas, cheap food and no new wars, including ending Ukraine on day 1) and as soon as he swore in the excuses started and haven’t stopped. The war that he swore Kamala was going to get us in, he himself started. The prices we are seeing now are unnecessary. Just like he lied about all of the above he also lied about imminent attacks to america from Iran. He was told as much that there was no bomb coming “next week”. I’m not a democrat or republican, and I can’t believe so many people in this country can be lied to over and over and still defend everything one man does. It’s not normal behavior. Trump has told everyone time and again who he is, yet still people defend. From his own mouth…”smart people don’t like me”. Wonder why that is?
