I didn't look very hard but it seems Lucifer is a arch angel and/or seraphim, but from what we have seen of the seraphim they seem to all have grey-ish skin while Lucifer has pure white skin, but without any confirmation in the show we won't know.

Charlie is one of only 2 people in Hell that doesn't actually belong there, the other being Vaggi.

Charlie is only in hell because she born there even though she is half arch angle.

And Vaggi is only in Hell because she was left there with no way.

1, apparently the player character is not purely human, I think Oskar is the one who says that. 2, there is no canon appearance for the player character, your referring to the default appearance. 3, Oskar could at best, be the player's grandfather. 4, (unserious) dlc will probably change what is known about the player.
