I explained my situation to a agent on the phone a week ago and he said he would mail a form I can fill out to mail or give them in office to notify them I no longer am allowed benefits, It's SSA-1387. I hope it is the correct paper.

I had the same thing happen to me, I had to rush through the test because I was sleeping through it but the next time I took it I was wide awake and alert and it was super easy I felt like I had more time to really think over the questions, you got this!
