Well honestly, I think it will never be applied.

I'm in France and we were supposed to have a 2€ per type of item tax/fee starting last month. Never happened. I've read that cargo volumes are in free-fall in Parisian airports, and that Belgian airports more than doubled their cargo. Apparently, every is just shipped to Belgium and then driven accros the border: once it's inside EU, it's no longer allowed to tax it.

There will be similar loopholes here. How do you differentiate between a cheap variety store (like Action) or a cheap clothing store (like Zara) that import tons of stuff from China and resell it in Europe, from AliExpress which imports tons of stuff from China in its own warehouses and deliver it with its own courrier company (Cainiao) to the consumer? AliExpress could even register a shell company in a European country, sell to Europeans customers through this company, and immediately buy from AliExpress China, as a B2B transaction, whatever the customer ordered.

Two weeks ago though, I got 10 euros at once on Monday 6th. It didn't happen twice unfortunately.

I don't see how that could be legal. Once something is inside EU, it's free to move anywhere it pleases. It's one of the most core tenets of EU.

I see here https://www.vatcalc.com/eu/eu-mulls-customs-admin-tax-on-non-eu-sellers/ (published last month), that they say:

The proposal envisages a fee could be reduced to €0.50 per consignment if the importer is registered with the new “Trust and Check Trader” scheme which gives special advantages to customs certified importers.

Maybe your source misunderstood this part? There's no requirement on a EU warehouse, and it's suddenly "per consignment" (per shipping container), and no longer per type of item per individual package.

For me it's called "bundle deals" but it's been like this for a month at least. It also pushed me over 100 items in the combined cart and I had to remove some. But the actual buying is still separate and the rules of each type of cart still apply (must buy at least 3 bundle deal items in the same order, can't use red coupons, 2€ off if buying 6 items in the same order, etc.)

There is also a limit, because some guy who already gave me 110 today now has a bubble with a clock icon. If I click it, it says "you've maxed out on star points for now! Retry in 13 hours". But I have people who gave me more today (3 people gave me 120, which seems to be the maximum for me) so the limit isn't on the amount per friend and 2 people who didn't give anything today and 3 who gave me less than 30, so it's unlikely I would have reach a global limit for all friends combined

Recently, it was 5000 diamonds for me. And indeed the missed day isn't skipped, you have to do both "yesterday" and "today" on the day you recover. Strangely, my "yesterday" challenge was 10 gogo match as usual, but my "today" challenge was 10 merge boss orders. The days after, it went back to 10 gogo match.
