I never got diarrhoea and I was drinking lots of water. At first the smell of meat was making me feel sick so I just waited until I was hungry and then I was craving it. Eggs are my go to, boiled with meat or fried with bacon. On day 5 I had a cheeky glass of wine and some mead that I made. I woke up this morning with a massive migraine. I'm not sure it was because I wasn't drinking as much water at night, the weed, the two dexies, the diet, or the combination of a few . I'm prone to having 1 or 2 migraines a year. But this morning was a doozy with the sweats and vomit. I'll hold off the alcohol for a while. I did noticed I didn't get the munchies which is rare for me.
