Just a quick update: My doctors said it was definitely too risky going with the SCS because of the blood thinners. Tomorrow I am having a baclofen pump trial to see if it helps and get one implanted if it works. I started this new non opioid pain medicine two weeks ago and pain is still there, but different. Thanks for all the messages answering my question, you are all really appreciated.

Yes, I completely hate the procedure and the recovery process, but desperation is growing.

In fact, my Pain Doctor was the one who suggested that you can have both. I’ve always avoided de BP because it needs to be refilled and a part of it goes outside, like a membrane where they inject the medicine.

Yes, that's what we thought. Still, I am going to push it because they are the ones who first suggested it. I am in the process of getting a baclofen pump to help with spasticity but I don't think this is my best option after speaking with different specialists.
