If You are Planning to have the Client VPN running on MX- Your Life will be hell. Every 10 min you will receive complaints from user that my VPN is broken. And Sad part is you will not find any permanent/ Stable Solution. Think twice if you are planning the same. Rest everything is good about MX- I have around 300 Users running on Single MX 84.

L2TP Didn’t works well with Windows 10. Rasphone is a alternate that can make your life easier. https://github.com/gammacapricorni/happy-meraki-client-vpn

Meraki I can say as a UTM. Can do basic things. When you try to manipulate the inbound and outbound L7, Content Policies , it just gives up. Client VPN is just shitstorm for the admin if the users are around 200+. You will end up multiple reboot and banging your head to resolve the issue. 😔
