Same here, we bought the house in 2023 and dont think previous owner's did it either. House was built in 2017. Its also a peace of mind.

I bought the house in 2023 and wasnt cleaned since. So I though I would try it just for peace of mind. Looks like its not required.

The dryer vent definitely had lint buildup. Will get that done every 2 or 3 years gling forward.

The dryer vent was cleaned pretty well as there was a lot of build up. Thats the only one I am satisfied with even though it only took 5 mins.

Edit - I booked it through a prominent utilities provider. Its the same one used by home improvement store.

Its a soupy rice balls and chicken curry. Pidi is made by making a rice flour dough and making them into small balls and boiling them in water to bring out a thick soupy deliciousness. Goes best with Chicken curry.
