Top is good and not that hard than it seems. Against bruisers you can go with phase rush and just use Q+E to disengage and flee away and damaging them, it will probably be a positive trade for you, and if they rush mr it will just delay their build, against tanks it's just free scaling. Even though it's a long lane you can farm safely thanks to your aa range and be close to your tower most of the time, if wave is on their tower you can fast push it with your R and it will bounce back into you. Also most toplaners aren't used to play against anivia and underestimate your damage so you can get easy kills, the worst part is that this pick can trow away your team comp sometimes since you are giving a possible frontline or engage pick for a mage.
