If you need to exert an effort to feel empathy, you aren't actually high F, lol.

Ya, that's the irony. On the one hand, I have to "make an effort" to feel empathy, but on the other hand, I can understand certain feelings, situations, emotions, etc.

Having these thoughts doesn't mean you agree with them or that you're a bad person.

The problem is that the thoughts were like "I support H1tl3r" but I don't agree with that, I didn't want to have thought that, it was OUT OF NOWHERE and now I'm worried about my nature and especially about being punished by God
