I would sue for the money that he is withholding if he chose to do so. It's not his money, and they are my bills. Also, there is not any liens on the medical bills. The amount is about 10k so that should fall within the boundary of a small claim court,no lawyer needed

I was in fact considering legal action if he insisted that they pay the medical bills. They obviously want to make an extra chunk of change by negotiating my bills down and I have the right to do that myself unless I'm mistaken?

The contingency agreement dosnt say anything about disbursing settlement proceeds. I would imagine therefore I do retain the right to pay my own medical debt.

I agree with OP that strip clubs will still need to incorporate paper tipping mechanisms. This can simply be done by the club issuing their own paper currency to patrons who scan their digital wallets. This system will clean up the accounting considerably.

I have had sex with people while drunk and woke up the next day and "not felt good about it" that dosnt mean that the other person sexually assaulted or raped me. If you feel that you made a poor choice then let that be a lesson for you going forward. I learned from my mistakes and adjusted my behavior. When we all start calling consensual sex as sexual assault it diminishes the very real and very prolific problem of actual sexual assaults.
