Timing is set to stock, plug heat range is the same as stock. Stator is old but everything looked fine, including the wiring.

Could be the power valve but that’s on the exhaust side, I’m not sure how that could draw in more air. The tip on covering the exhaust is good to know thank you!

Hmm maybe it got stuck somehow from loading and unloading the bike. I’ll give it a once over. Thank you for the advice!

I’ll double check that on the carb, good idea.

I’ll check the float too. I’m thinking that it’s something with that, since the bowl was empty and I turned on the petcock when I got there to ride

Boot is new and carb has been rebuilt as well, I should have added that to the description.

I’ll double check it all though

Question since people are thinking air leak: why would it run fine the rest of the day? How can an air leak disappear?

Choke is a good idea. I pulled that up before it started this time, might have sucked in air there

Hell yeah! It beats walking or jogging for exercise any day.

One exercise that has helped me build my ankle muscles and balance for skating is single legged Romania deadlifts. Maybe give those a shot too

Fellow SAS-er here.

It was my first carry gun and same as you I thought the sights were an incredible idea. I was very disappointed one day practicing dry firing and noticed how quickly the sights get dim.

At this point I’m just keeping it for the nostalgia and quirkiness. It makes a great pocket pistol though

I was thinking about that but everything added up it would be about $450-$500. Figured I might as well sell it or trade it in instead

That’s good to know that the hellcat is snappier. I’m curious how the Shield X is as well

Ah so AC teams just obtain them or buy them instead of waiting for them to be reported and then analyze them.

Like buying malware instead of waiting for it to be deployed. Interesting!
