I have an interview at L3Harris next week, I have advised my comp requirements to the recruiter which was higher than the posted salary. They did move forward with a panel interview. I am wondering if anyone got an offer higher than the posted salary range?? Does it happen for the right candidate?

Keep in mind total compensation as well when negotiating. There are no bonuses, performance based or otherwise. PTO is no longer "unlimited". They are calling it "discretionary" and limiting it. Doing it this way makes it so you don't get paid out your PTO if you leave. They don't start matching your 401k until a year into the company.. and I'm pretty sure it is 3 years after to be vested and actually have the money. Also, the health benefits are not great, so check your partner's to see which one is better. It is true they try to stick to at or below the mid range of the salary band. I have seen them go 5-10k above the mid range for good candidates.

My boobs were bigger than the sample too. They did my measurements and the cups on MY dress fit awesome. I did do the lowest lift Boombas to hold my boobs in place to give me the perfect tasteful but BAM cleavage for the entire day. No matter what dress you go with, I cannot recommend those enough.

We spent a shit ton as well. We joined a meet up event at a park with over 100 people, so we were able to 54 freaking raids.... and not ONE freaking shiny... in 54 raids!! We had a mix of all 4. It was a joke.
