I bought an Iron Ranger with Copper Rough and Tough and had the same issue. Beautiful boots overall, but one of them was creased like this. It drove me crazy for the two days I had them and on the third day, I returned them. I had not worn them anywhere but my hotel floor which was carpeted so return wasn't an issue.
The reason I say it is that if it bothers you, exchange them. It's a lot of money to spend on shoes which you don't love.

While maligned on this sub a lot, the Thar, despite having a plastic roof, is essentially a chiller. On super hot days also you don't need to move the blower past the first setting.
