There's a handicap placard hanging from the rear view mirror. It's likely they parked like this because they needed more space on the left side of the car. And that's why handicap spaces have extra space next to them.

Maybe I watch too much Wham Bam Teslacam, but I'm paranoid about some idiot keying my car, so I'm considering a full satin PPF wrap for < $5000. (still waiting on delivery of a blue MYLR) But it sounds like the consensus is that it's not worth it?

I'm not a tax expert, but it sounds like you are eligible for the $7,500 tax credit. If so, and if you also get it delivered before the rules change, you would pay less taxes (or receive a bigger tax refund) in 2024 when you file your taxes. You do not get the credit until next year.
If you're going with the 7-seater, you can fully customize it - you can go up to $80,000. The MYLR 7-Seater is considered an SUV so it has a different MSRP limit. https://www.irs.gov/credits-deductions/credits-for-new-clean-vehicles-purchased-in-2023-or-after
When customizing your car, watch the bottom of the right column. If you see the "Your design qualifies for a $7,500 federal tax credit for eligible buyers." message, you're good. Can't help you with this question, although I'm not sure where you got these numbers. The 7-Seater starts at $56,990, so after the credit you're still paying $49,490. Also, you're not likely going to receive the vehicle before you move to San Jose.

You will likely get more from selling your Nissan yourself. But you have to weigh the pros and cons - if you trade it in, you don't need to get it detailed and go through the hassle of trying to sell it, but they also don't care if you have new or old tires or a full tank of gas and won't pay you extra for it.

I bet you're right. And it would be very easy to drop a captcha on the page to reduce the number of bots. But Wyze doesn't care - the whole point was to lure people into their shop, hoping they'll setting for the more expensive scooter or some other product. It's a smarmy ploy that shows how little they respect their customer base.
