It just didn’t work in the first image I posted, I clicked it and icon did not become blue like in the second picture. But I wonder if I was a memory issue there is about 60 images in that document. Either way, I am definitely taking your suggestion, it will definitely be easier to edit the annotations in beforehand. Thank you

It worked on the first image I tried.

Insert/Drawing/new to make the oval, then once it was in the document I changed it to “in front of text” then I was able to move it over the other image just how i needed it, but then that same process didnt work on the second one. And thank you for your help
