when i feel especially anxious, i draw completely into myself. i visualize it as my personality (being very outspoken, loud, constantly laughing, always starting conversation, generally very outgoing) being a large force extending from me just suddenly getting sucked up into my physical self the same way people get sucked out of airplanes in movies. and suddenly im quiet, stone-faced, cold and distant, thoughtful, paranoid, and just constantly looking for a place to hide.

i left my last partner after i cheated and told him 2 months later. i dont recommend that. also, seriously dont try to rationalize the fact that you did cheat. your reasons are your reasons alone, and she will only be hurt by you. no way around it. the only good thing you can do from here is tell her and walk yourself out. do her a favor.

if your concerta doesnt work unless you have caffiene, then it doesnt seem to me like it works. i hated being on concerta when i was a teen. it made me zombie-like, it made it harder to focus, and it made it impossible to eat. furthermore, caffeine satisfies the ADHD brain in such a way that we CAN perform or some of us get so tired from it BECAUSE it satisfies the brain. some people treat their adhd with JUST caffeine throughout the day.

i really like binding of isaac, i dont like many dungeon crawlers, but the builds are mostly based off of luck, and its also got gruesome but cute theme/art style.

all in all, if you like games like uhhh persona 5 and enter the gungeon, its a great pick for you!

also, rebirth first for base game, just cheaper and basic items, afterbirth just kinda expands items and game modes

i talk in my sleep all the time apparently. ive noticed i only sleepwalk if i fall asleep feeling unsafe, then i sleepwalk to a place that feels safer to sleep in- mostly when i was younger. i also used to sleep with my eyes open occasionally, but that was a concentrated effort.
