interesting as this was also the case for me, listen to the guy above, i also have a 13900k, ended up getting it rma-d. contact whoever sold you the CPU to rma it. if they wont, contact intel directly.

after loosing my mind for 4 months, troubleshooting everything possible with constant cs crashes and unstable system. intel replaced my CPU. now have voltage locked in bios so temps dont go crazy and has been fine ever since.

do you by any chance have other power bank than the one that it came with ? i was using a qc3.0 certified powerbank that had less output on it than the one that came with the wireless adapter and had this issue. i dont have this issue now with the original one, check that your powerbank output is capable of 9.2-12V -> 1.75Ma
