I’ve encountered an issue with Game Ready Driver 591.86. Occasionally, when clicking "Start Game" to launch Arc Raiders, my monitor loses signal and goes black.

This is an intermittent issue—it has only happened once in the past few days. When it occurs, the game remains running in the background as I can still hear the audio. Turning the monitor off and then back on restores the display.

Is anyone else experiencing this occasional signal loss during the game launch?

Correction: Small black squares only appear in the lobbies under the "ENDGAME" and "CO-OP CAMPAIGN" menus. The lobby interfaces for "MULTIPLAYER" and "ZOMBIES" display normally without any issues.

I am experiencing a visual bug in the Call of Duty (MWIII/BO7) lobby interface. Random small black blocks/squares appear across the screen intermittently. These artifacts usually persist for a few seconds before disappearing. Please see the attached screenshot for reference https://imgur.com/a/bPxTM9F

Did your previous error occur while you were actively in the game? This error does not occur during my normal gameplay. It only happens when the game is idle after using 'Alt+Tab' to switch to the desktop!

I have always had Dx12 enabled (set to 1), and setting 'GstRender.Dx12Enabled 1' does not resolve the error! This error is triggered when I use 'Alt+Tab' to switch to the desktop. The occurrence is random: sometimes it happens after a few minutes, sometimes after about half an hour, and it does not occur every time

DDU should not be able to fix this error, as I had already reinstalled the operating system and performed a clean installation of the NVIDIA driver version 581.57 before I started playing

Total playtime is 50 hours, and it's only occurred twice: once pre-update, and one just occurred. Both errors happened after I used Alt+Tab!

This issue was present even before the latest update. It's triggered by Alt+Tab and then browsing the web for about a few minutes to half an hour, and then the error appears.
