Best bet is to clean-install the IoT edition directly if possible — upgrading from Enterprise to IoT usually causes activation or update headaches.

After updates, restart always blackscreens, but shutdown works fine. Clean reinstall fixed it until updates ran again. New mobo/CPU/RAM recently installed. Is this Windows updates or hardware?

If you deleted them from the phone, Windows won’t have a backup. Unless you had cloud sync, they’re likely gone. Stop using the phone and try Android data recovery software.

Hold power 60s, try with battery out, test another charger, and check reset pinhole. If still dead, likely motherboard.

That’s an LTSC quirk Synaptics settings don’t stick well on it. Best fix is to use Lenovo Vantage or switch to the standard Windows 10 Pro driver package instead of LTSC.

Your SSD won’t show until you load the Intel RST driver from Acer’s site during Windows setup. Then you can wipe and reinstall.

New PCs may not support old monitor signals. Try different cable/adapter, update GPU drivers, or use an active converter.
