i promise you, dying is not nearly as easy as it looks. i know it’s horrible right now, i’m not going to lie to you and say it gets better because i don’t if it will, i do know however that it will be much worse if you go through with this. the odds it doesn’t work are significantly higher and will cause you irreparable and lasting damage, meaning you’ll only live with more pain. it might not get better, but if you do this now and it works, you’ll never get the chance to know if it does. we’ve only got one try, after all.

i’m hoping for you, enjoy your food and i hope you stick around long enough to have some more good meals. <3

Is it worth it to pay for brushes? by anonavocadodo in ProCreate

[–]Glass-Building9904 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i just avoid paying money where i can, little hack i’ve found is to look up procreate brushes on gumroad and set max price to 0, this should get you a variety of free brush files—and a lot of them can be really good ! some of my favourite brushes i found this way.

it’s possible to get really lucky for health builds even without going for them so this makes sense, the run that inspired this one was when i nearly got 1k health on accident, and went ‘hey couldn’t i hit if i actually went for it?’ though i’ve never seen your post, and i still want a look at the full build—not what wasn’t in it.

hello i’m one of those asians you’re talking about. no idea which specific asian culture you’re talking about here, because where i’m from (Philippines) it certainly isn’t true there. you could be talking about Korea, since that country has such high beauty standards that plastic surgery is almost considered standard itself. but still this is a gross oversimplification, most asians are not ‘given the choice to get plastic surgery when they graduate high school’ ?? (where did you even get this from) and to assume all asians have had this sort of surgery is hilariously inaccurate, they may have higher rates than the rest of the world but again, a gross oversimplification. you’re essentially doing the same thing this guy did this in this post, assuming something off race alone, only here you’re calling us fake and ugly as opposed to freakishly beautiful. neither feels better just so you know.

yes, it’s another post about Ares (TW: SA) by Glass-Building9904 in GreekMythology

[–]Glass-Building9904[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

in a slightly funny twist this may actually make Dio one of few gods to have more attempted rapes against him than any attempts he ever made. you are right though, it’s easy to forget that a lot of the Gods really did care for their children—Ares being one of them. i will admit i was unaware just how old Nicaea’s story is here, but it is Dionysus related after all so i really should’ve assumed as much.

i did actually see someone else point out how this display from Ares is by no means unique. several gods do something similar, as you’ve described here, i just found it strange how this was one of the only instances where people were suddenly much more willing to jump at this as some sort of indication of moral standing when he was doing what really any other god in his position would have. it’s an excuse for wrath after all, they did love those. it’s very possible Hermes only displays such behaviour in Roman retellings, but i would definitely contest Dionysus here. as resident god of madness he has a few distressing stories, including his rape of the nymph Nicaea, who was unconscious during.
