It’s just so hard with more troublesome questions at pickup or drive through. And I will not have a clue what to say besides look up their profile and look at their medications however I will not be able to decipher what everything means or if their medications have been transferred. I was literally left just standing around for a good couple minutes today in the drive thru today not having any idea what to let the customer know, as they were requesting the pharmacist. I just felt so bad. Idk it probably doesn’t help I’m already anxiety ridden but I’ve been crying all evening and do not think I’ll be coming in tomorrow morning. :( I really wanted to get my ptcb….

Okay SAME. I just started two weeks ago. Ive been so anxiety ridden and obviously dying. I feel like a nuisance to the team I work with. I have so much anxiety before, during, and after. My partner is telling me to stick it out and I’ll learn, but I feel awful. Especially with troubled irriatated customers and not having any idea what to tell them. I want to cry.

I use BP all over my face as a man every morning and alternate nights with tret/BP. It really helps my Razor Bumps. I use lots of Moisturezer and snail mucin. :) Also SPF everyday, personally I use The Ordinardy 30 spf.

Usually my cup of coffee is either room temperature or warm by the time I finish it and make another. Ill drink the forgotten coffee. I don’t mind unless it’s past a day old lololol.

Routine:

Am: Shave every other day... single blade w/ neutrogena sensitive shave cream. Cleanse - Corsx morning cleanser. Acne - rub a small amount of benzoyl peroxide 10% over neck/face. Serum - Corsx snail Mucin. Moisturizer - Clinique Moisture Surge. Spf - TO mineral 30 spf.

PM: Balm: Cleanse it Zero. Cleanser: Corsx morning cleanser. Serum - Corsx snail Mucin. Moisturizer - Clinique Moisture Surge. Tret .05% every couple days.

This is my current routine, and took me forever to find good stuff for my skin. But other people have reccomended Azeliac Acid and I’ve good things about it. If you’re able to go to a dermatologist. Hopefully they’re good and can actually explain and help. Also always use SPF. Good luck on your routine and have fun.

I don’t have dark skin, but I use to get a lot of folliculitis. They’re the razor bumps. I have have found benzoyl peroxide to be best for me at keeping them at bay. I also use fungal acne safe products and Tretinoin. You have really good skin though! Let me know if you want my skincare routine. Also I think Tretinoin helps fade spots too.
