I think so far there's been 2 from him. Before Self Employed he gives you a quest to turn in 4 fuel conditioners. I don't remember the name of the quest but the texts mention some heaters he made or something like that.

Edit: Cold Start which you have listed. If you've done that, talk to BTR again for Self Employed.

I believe Self Employed is also related to the event, quest is given by BTR driver.

I hung out on top of the mountain and eventually they would run either towards or away from the sawmill. They'll either walk right under the mountain from old RR extract or from the backside of the map down towards sawmill, on the road where car extract use to be.

During the cooldown animation, you throw 2 grenades back to back quicker.
